OVERVIEW

In the heart of Las Vegas, Calix introduced itself as the catalyst of innovation.

As a telecommunications company that creates next generation equipment and software to empower communication service providers, it’s mission during a three-day conference at the Wynn hotel was engage their customers and share the story of Calix is enabling them to manage and secure the home connectivity experience.

As a telecommunications company that creates next generation equipment and software to empower communication service providers, it’s mission during a three-day conference at the Wynn hotel was engage their customers and share the story of Calix is enabling them to manage and secure the home connectivity experience.

Additionally, Calix used this setting to remind their guests of the power of their existing products, such as AXOS and Calix Cloud, that as a family of platforms will transform service providers into software-based broadband leaders.

WHAT IT TOOK

Throughout the course of the event that took place over the Halloween weekend, 15 keynote speakers came to the stage delivering messages of product enhancements, marketing enablement and future innovations. With an 80-ft. LCD screen as our canvas, we produced 10, 30-minute animated, video rich, presentations for everyone from the CEO to the CMO to product engineers. The live performance also involved coordinating impromptu Q&A sessions and audience participation segments.

In addition to the on-stage portion of the conference, we designed and implemented multiple product demo stations - complete with video and printed messaging - as well as wayfinding signage for break out rooms that spanned the entire floor of the hotel.

WORKING IN UNISON

Working on multiple facets in parallel the multidisciplinary team of producers, animators, writers, designers and account planners collaborated closely with client stakeholders throughout the process. Over the course of only 45 days, the team participated in countless planning and development meetings across all time zones – executing, reviewing and revising iterations to ensure client success.

RESULTS

This conference was the next step in the evolution of Calix as a catalyst of innovation.

Those in attendance leave knowing that Calix is the choice to address every subscriber’s need and bring order to a marketplace that is becoming incredibly complex and chaotic due to IoT, autonomous devices and a proliferation of cloud applications. While managing this complexity is challenging, it presents service providers with a clear opportunity to create significant new revenue sources.

Pushing ourselves to excel in the live event space, we’ve raised our own bar in regard to working in concert with clients to concept, design and implement an integrated, thoroughly engaging multi-sensory experience that celebrates the brand and its wide range of future forward products.
