Brave New Worlds 2022, Neustar’s seminal yearly conference, explored the topics such as clean rooms and zero-party data that in the very near future will be imperative for marketers to embrace or be left behind. Privacy is on the top of every advertiser's mind, but beyond keeping consumer data safe, the real need is to be able to instill trust that advertisers will not be careless or malicious with personal data. A Virtual Take on the Reality of Privacy

Presented virtually on November 1-2, Brave New Worlds 2022, showcased some of the most exciting and revolutionary thinking on privacy and trust for brands that want to get ahead of the privacy-first curve, with keynote speakers Randall Rothenberg from the IAB and Amanda Martin from The Goodway Group.

Decision Counsel supported this effort with theme development that began five months before the event and explored creative ways to spark interest about why this topic of brand trust is so relevant. Next, we created pre-launch marketing posters set before a global audience at Cannes Lions Festival during Neustar's Clean Room Inevitability panel. Once confirmed, our team took this them and worked tireless handling talent procurement, production crew management, virtual event livestream production, and the development of an immersive website.

Setting the Stage

Our onsite production blended a studio audience late-night talk show aesthetic with a studio audience sit-in during the main panel and keynote sessions. A majority of the speakers recorded their sessions in New York City, while the remaining participants joined with remote capture kits. The result was a wonderful blend of remote and in-person dialogues offering attendees rich, actionable insights.

The Brave New Worlds franchise continues to grow and gain brand awareness. This event lives beyond the event date and is the biggest lead generation source for the Neustar and TransUnion team.
